Be Still, Simply Still

A thousand secrets are hidden in simply sitting still. A person who has once learnt to collect himself completely in his sitting will never again let a day pass without practicing for atleast half an hour for it is this which gives complete inner removal, especially when he has learned to concentrate exclusively on the sitting, emptied of all thoughts and images.

Explore Your Real "I" "Me" "Myself"

The air, the sunlight, the night, all that surrounds me seems crowded with inexpressible powers, with the influence of souls or existences, so that I walk in the midst of immortal things. I myself am a living witness to it.

I find "I" am there; an "I" I do not wholly understand, or know - something is there distinct from earth and timber, from flesh and bone. Recognising it, I feel on the margin of a life unknown, very near, almost touching it: on the verge of powers which if I could grasp would give me an immense breadth of existence, an ability to execute what I now only concieve; most probably of far more than that. To see that "I" is to know that I am surrounded with immortal things.

There is an immense ocean over which the mind can sail, upon which the vessel of thought has not yet been launched. There is so much beyond all that has ever yet been imagined.

A Quiet Mind

When the mind is quiet, the body becomes quiet, not the other way round.

A mind that is dull can sit for centuries breathing, concentrating on chakras and kundalini - it can never come upon that which is timeless, that which is real beauty, truth and love. Before this, siddhis, chakras etc are candlelight before the sun.

So put aside the candlelight which all the gurus and books offer you. And do not repeat a word that you yourself have not seen the truth of, which you yourself have not tested.

- Juddu Krishnamurti

Intelligent Mind - A mind that is awake. It is the opposite of a dull mind.

Empty Your Mind Of Its' Contents

The content of my consciousness is my unhappiness, my misery, my struggles, my sorrows, the frustrations, the pleasures, fears, the agonies, the hatreds - that is my consciousness. Can all that be completely emptied? Not only at the superficial level but right through - the so called unconscious. If it is not possible, then I must live in unending sorrow. I am in prison. So the mind must find out how to empty itself of all the content of itself. This is real meditation.
When there is love there is no image. There must be  relationship between the emptying of consciousness and the thing called love - between the unknown and the known, which is the content of consciousness.
So the mind must find out, how to empty its content, that is have no image - past, present or in future you hurt me or you give me pleasure and therefore I have an image of you. So no image formation. If you don't form an image now, the past images have no place.
I dont depend on anybody to find out what is true and what is false.

Healing

Healing Energy

Every human being has potential for healing. The healing is flowing without any interruption in every human heart. By the right use of the dynamic will, these channels of healing energy can be directed to the suffering part of the body and mind. The healing energy can nourish and strengthen the sufferer. The key of healing is selflessness, love, dynamic will and undivided devotion to the Lord within.

Meditation is Seeking The Truth - Seeking Inner Bliss

Seek The Truth That Is Out There, Through Awakening Your Inner  Being : Simply Meditate

If you do not postulate any dogma, then you are face to face with what actually is. The "what is", is thought, pleasure, sorrow and the fear of death. When you understand the structure of your daily living - with its competition, greed, ambition and the search for power, then you will see not only he absurdity of theories, saviours and gurus, but you may find an ending to sorrow, and ending to the whole structure which thought has put together. The penetration into and the understanding of this structure is meditation. Then you will see that the world is not an illusion but a terrible reality which man, with is relationship with his fellow man, has constructed.
When man is free, without any motive of fear, of envy or sorrow, then only is the mind naturally peaceful and still. Then it can see not only the truth in daily life from moment to moment, but also go beyond all perception, and therefore is the ending of observer and the observed, and duality ceases. But beyond all this, and not related to his struggle, the vanity and despair, there is - and this is not a theory - a stream that has no beginning and no end, a measureless movement that the mind can never capture.
What you propagate is not the truth, the truth is only when you are free from ache, anxiety and aggression which now fill your heart and mind.
"What is important in meditation is the quality of the mind and the heart. It is not what you achieve, but rather the quality of a mind that is innocent and vulnerable. Through negation there is the positive state. Meditation is not a means to an end. It is both the means and the end. The mind can never be made innocent through experience. Thought is never innocent. Meditation is the ending of thought, not by the meditator, for the meditator is meditation. If there is no meditation, then you are like a blind man in a world of great beauty, light and color.
Wander by the seashore and let this meditative quality come upon you. If it does, don't pursue it. What you pursue will be memory of what was - and what was is the death of what is. Meditation is the root, the plant, the flower and the fruit. It is words that divide the fruit, the flower, the plant and the root. Virtue is total perception

Meditation Means To Wander Away

Meditation is not an escape from the world; it is not an isolating self-enclosing activity, but rather the comprehension of the world in its ways. Meditation is wandering away from this world; one has to be a total outsider. Then the world has a meaning, and the beauty of the heavens and the earth is constant. Then love is not pleasure. From this all action begins that is not the outcome of tension, contradiction, the search for self-fulfillment or the conceit of power.
